EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PHIARA, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. This Exchange, Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and timelines related to product exchange, return, and refund, in accordance with applicable e-commerce laws of Bangladesh.

Eligibility for Exchange, Return or Refund

A customer may request an exchange, return, or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing or quality defect identified upon delivery

All requests are subject to verification and approval by PHIARA.

Request Timeframe

  • Requests for exchange, return, or refund must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Conditions for Acceptance

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Not show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

PHIARA reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are applicable only for the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability
  • If the exchanged product has a price difference, the customer may be required to pay the difference or receive an adjustment
  • Exchange processing will begin after the returned item is received and inspected

Return Policy

  • Approved returns will be accepted only after inspection
  • Return shipping instructions will be shared once the request is approved
  • Unauthorized or self-initiated returns will not be accepted

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection
  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days from approval
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via an alternative method (such as bank transfer or mobile financial service)

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
  • Items clearly marked as “Non-Exchangeable” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

This policy does not limit customer rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer support
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Policy Discretion

PHIARA reserves the right to make the final decision regarding exchange, return, or refund requests based on product inspection and policy compliance.
