  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Delivery Partners

PHIARA works with reliable third-party courier and logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • Pathao
  • Steadfas
  • Other authorized courier services

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on delivery location and order value
  • Applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after confirmation
  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or public holidays

Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • PHIARA will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact the customer
  • PHIARA reserves the right to cancel the order if delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts

Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery as confirmed by courier records.

Force Majeure

PHIARA shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or courier service disruptions.
